Factor-Based Trend Trading – Recorded
Today's class discussed recent trading activity. Growth stocks have perked up, possibly due to some extreme positive reactions to earnings from software stocks last week. We also noted how Energy stocks have continued to benefit the Value factor. Dividend Growth is also holding firm. We bought three new stocks at the end of class.

Options for Long-term Investors – Recorded
Today's class reviewed recent dividend increase announcements, where more than half of the week's increases were in the double-digit percentages (incredibly rare). We then reviewed our portfolio and talked about a Discretionary stock slipping into the blue zone of the Stairstep charts, but because our strike price was low enough, we're not in any immediate danger. We ended class by selling a new put on an oil stock.
Portfolio Management with ETFs – Recorded
The September 4 Portfolio Management with ETFs class used the ETF Allocator to evaluate the portfolio’s 70/30 allocation, inflation regime, growth-versus-value leadership, fixed-income duration, and international positioning. The session demonstrates how rankings and proposed changes are tested against broader evidence before turnover is authorized, resulting in a continued growth emphasis and only limited portfolio adjustments.
