Top-Down Trend Trading – Recorded
Today's class reviewed the Stock Selector and Sector Selector tools. We discussed which sectors we're overweight in. We talked about how geopolitics are affecting certain sectors and how this isn't typically the strongest time of year for the market, from a seasonality perspective. We ended class by purchasing a technology stock and added a half-sized position in a foreign ETF.
Directional Options Strategies – Recorded
The September 8 Directional Options Strategies class examines whether an unusually compressed S&P 500 is approaching an intermediate decline and identifies the signals that would confirm or challenge that outcome. The session then applies the market backdrop to active position management, the PHM exit, and three new defined-risk trades in AMGN, ISRG, and STZ.

We discussed the difference between temporary versus permanent impacts on business. We ended class by purchasing a blue chip stock from within the Dow Jones Industrial Average.
Technical Analysis – Recorded
This Technical Analysis class examines whether severe breadth deterioration is pushing the market toward an intermediate decline even as the major cap-weighted indexes remain supported. The session compares the S&P 500 with RSP and IWM, tests bearish evidence against credit spreads and volatility, identifies semiconductor leadership as the critical confirmation point, and applies the developing EMA Compression study.
Market Cycle Roadmap Live

Superinvestor Position Trading – Recorded
Today's class learned about David Tepper. Ironically, the NFL season just kicked off last night and Tepper is the only one of the 25 current Superinvestors that is the majority owner of an NFL team (Carolina Panthers). He also has an interesting back story, having grown up in a lower middle class family and eventually having a business school named after him.
Options Inventory Trading – Recorded
The September 10 Options Inventory Trading class connects weakening market breadth and rising volatility with expiration-cycle risk management. The recording reviews SPY calendar hedges, beta-weighted Greeks, the 10% extrinsic-value threshold for September positions, potential downside-hedge timing, and the addition of October SPY and IWM inventory within the combined capital limit.

Options for Long-term Investors – Recorded
Today's class reviewed recent dividend increase announcement, but the list has shriveled up now that we're past the biggest hump of earnings season. We talked about the concept of "when it rains, it pours", in regards to put-selling. We ended class with a trade on a Dividend Aristocrat.
Portfolio Management with ETFs – Recorded
The September 11 Portfolio Management with ETFs class evaluated whether weakening risk appetite justified reducing tactical overweights while preserving the strategic 70/30 allocation. Members reviewed market breadth, bond-market pricing, inflation signals, relative strength, and every proposed ETF change before approving a selective, lower-turnover package for the portfolio.
