Today, the S&P 500® closed more than 41 points higher with average volume and trading range. The intermediate posture is strongly bullish with rising long-term Market Sentiment. The near-term and momentum lines bounced but did not get to strongly bullish levels yet. In fact, the near-term line is in position to produce a bearish divergence just after making a bearish near-term high on last week’s peak. All the major indexes show similar patterns on their respective Market Forecast charts.
