The Market Forecast is a technical indicator designed to find buying and selling opportunities based on market analysis techniques applied to several timeframes. It comprises three plots: Momentum, NearTerm, and Intermediate. These plots tend to cycle on daily, weekly, and monthly basis, respectively.
It is considered a Buy signal when the three lines go through a reversal at the same (or almost the same) time in the bottom zone, and vice versa, simultaneous reversal in the upper zone suggests the Sell signal.
The Momentum plot.
The NearTerm plot.
The Intermediate plot.

How can I add horizontal lines at 20 and 80, so I can see the reversal zones more clearly?

If you right-click somewhere on the indicator background, you can choose 1) add a drawing 2) choose Price Level. Place it where you want (doesn’t have to be exact), then right-click on the new price level you just drew and choose Edit. Once in the Edit screen, you can customize by entering a price (80 or 20) so it sits at exactly at the right spot, choose color, extend to left or right, etc…
